Terms & Conditions

By booking with CREATED by Alethia, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

Deposits

All bookings must pay a 50% deposit. Remainder to be paid on the day of your appointment via cash or card. Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email & a reminder email 48hrs before your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to a later date if notice is given 72hrs or more prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible, but please understand that I am unable to transfer your deposit back to you.

If you have booked an appointment in person and haven't paid a deposit, you are liable to pay a cancellation fee (50% of the service price) if your appointment is cancelled within 48hrs of the booked time.

Sundays

Sunday appointments incur a $20 surcharge.

Travel

I offer Mobile Makeup services for small groups. For more information please fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of this page or send an email to bookings@createdbyalethia.com. Travel fees apply.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please notify me of any sensitivities or allergies at your appointment to avoid any possible reactions (eg latex allergy). Alethia Artistry will not fall responsible for any reactions that may, in the unlikely event, possibly occur.

Location

I am located inside Clarity by James Henderson Hairdressing, 239 Brighton Road Somerton Park 5044.

We have parking around the back of the salon! Turn left off of Brighton Road into the car park (just before the salon), we have signage on the side of our building to let you know where to turn.
